OUR DIFFERENCE


We're not the highest volume eviction or collection practice in Middle-Tennessee. We're younger and we're trying harder to earn your business. We do possession-only cases but we prefer possession and damages ($) cases because we like collecting money for our clients. It's no secret, we use:
  • private process servers to get cases to court faster,
  • alias warrants (no filing fee) to pursue money judgments, and
  • our proprietary case management system to keep clients better informed.

Lawyer Rob Hill is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Georgia and Kentucky. He earned a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Kentucky College of Law, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, and bachelors degrees in Finance and Psychology from Transylvania University.
